The previous landlord repaired nothing and a few tenants had multiple bad burners. I used this and some other parts to fix their stoves. The price of these is great compared to the store. The only down side is that they are a bit differently shaped, so the feet of the coils have a bit of a hard time fitting in the trays and went they do they do not sit flat.
