I had to stop using it after 3 days of using it once a day. My older, thin, and already dry skin just did not do well. The Company was amazing though - that is why I gave it 4 stars. They reached out several times to me to help me use it, and offered to send me other more moisturizing options if I wanted them. They really stand behind their products and they really provide amazing customer service. They advised that people must really start out very slow with the cream - use it once every 3 - 5 days, etc. until the skin gets used to it.
