Review: Not the genuine product and seller's uses deceptive selling/shipping/refund tactics - The product is misrepresented. The product is not an "IO Hawk". It is marked with an "IO", but not "Hawk", and is manufactured by a company in China that very carefully (and deceptively, IMO) tries to make it seem like it is a genuine "IO Hawk" without crossing any trademark boundaries.
