Good quality parcel and letter box ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even the Postman Loves the Smart Parcel Box *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 February 2026* I’m very pleased to have installed the SmartParcelBox on the front wall of our house. It’s functional, practical, and looks smart, a great addition to our home.During installation, I noticed that the fixing bolts provided only align with the pre-drilled holes on the lower half of the box. Once those were secured and the bottom half was tight against the wall, I found that the top half flexed more than I would have liked.Not entirely unexpected, but a little disappointing.The simple fix was to drill an additional hole through the top centre of the rear panel (from the inside) and into the wall. Inserting a 6mm x 60mm hammer fixing resolved the issue perfectly, the entire ParcelBox is now solidly mounted.All in all, a great product, and I’m very happy with the result!It doesn’t say in any documentation, but the fixing holes for my ‘Extra Large Parcel Box - Slanted Top’ need a 10mm drill bit, nothing less or more. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It’s pretty large! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 March 2025* Nice looking but the fixings were a pain to use.The box is pretty big and I bought it because of missed deliveries, or worse, delivery drivers leaving parcels insecurely by my front door.I didn’t want something this large stuck to tye front of my house though, so positioned it to the side of my garage, out of the view of prying eyes.The only issue now is getting the delivery drivers to use it! Our postman has used it but says that head office advises them not to!Amazon drivers and other couriers never leave parcels in it even though I always add the box to the delivery instructions. I suppose it’s quicker for them to leave things by the door and means they can keep up with their targets.
