We ordered this and my kids loved it becasue even though we got it for the baby they all played and enjoyed the bubbles. Unfortunately, not long after and it stopped working I am not sure what happened and whose fault it was, but the company reached out and asked how we liked our purchase because all companies do that, and I normally don't respond but for this one I did. I told them it stopped working, and they told me that all of them are under warranty, and we have a year warranty, and they would send me a new one. I was and am so appreciative because this was a gift for my youngest and we couldn't afford to buy a new one right then. I would have sent them the old one back if needed.
