Review: Well made and seals well. - I opened the cap of my basement cleanout to find that it was missing the plug that is supposed to be there to seal it. Instead, someone had stuffed a large amount of plastic sheeting down it instead - not a good solution. Popped this into the cleanout, turned the large oversized wing nut easily by hand to tighten down and now I feel way more confident that sewer gasses aren't going to be leaking out. It's a simple little thing, but it's made well and I expect it to last forever.
