Help?** A: The green light inside of the case does go on when I put them back into the case, and the indicator lights on both units flash red. I also tried disconnecting, and reconnecting several times to see if that would help. I am still getting zero sound out of the left unit. **Q: Can these earbuds only be used on one device? For example, can they be connected to my phone, then later connected to my tablet?** A: Yes but disconnect first from your iPhone then to other Device **Q: Is there an adapter for a regular usb connection?** A: It has a port and cable for a micro-USB cable. There aren't adapters. **Q: I need replacement screens for mine, what size do I need?** A: When I looked into buying Mifo original earbud tips, it seemed that all the suppliers were in China. You can probably get a set of small, medium and large. I don't know what size would work best for you. Mifo earbuds seem to need to be ones that have a short height. Otherwise, the earbud does not seat properly in the case, which could affect charging. By the way, it is a good idea to use a tarnish-removing product on the electrodes in the charging case, and also on the earbuds. An invisibly thin film of oxidation forms after a while, which can hinder how well your earbuds charge. This is a separate issue that I ran across (oxidation), and I am passing it along to you since I think it is inherent in the design of the Mifo's. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome earbuds— rich, balanced sound quality! *by S***Y on August 30, 2020* GREAT EARBUDS!!! I had a pair of Samsung earbuds which died in less after only 8 months. I’m a runner so I checked out reviews from a couple of running magazines and these were highly recommended. I’d never heard of this brand but SO glad I tried them.PROS:- Beautiful packaging and love the case! This may be of no consequence to you but I’m just sayin... The case itself is really nice and even has a hinged latch. It’s pretty hefty because it packs a big battery but I was impressed by the sturdiness.-The most simple pairing ever, it literally took like 10 seconds and BOOM— they were on!-SUPERIOR sound quality— a really beautiful balance. Just enough bass and treble, and exceptional clarity with background instruments as well. Beautiful!!!-LONG battery life!!! According to trials and reviews they boast 100 hrs on standby! All I can say is that personally I’ve used them a few hours a day, several times a week so far for the two weeks I’ve had them and they are STILL fully charged— that’s pretty amazing!!!-ABSOLUTELY NO INTERRUPTION—you heard right NONE!!! All you hear is your music streaming, loud & clear! However there is the option to “allow” background sound. If you run alone, in isolated areas, or where there may be the danger of cars or not hearing someone’s footsteps behind you I think this is a great safety feature.-Several sizes of ear plugs to choose from, even two shapes, one more rounded and the others are flat on top. This was a big problem for me with the Samsung falling out. These are completely sweat- proof and they’re pretty much suctioned in your ears, I can literally hear a little pop sound when taking them out.CONS:-There are super tiny buttons (like grain of salt tiny) for on/off, skipping/repeating a song or accepting calls. Takes getting used to.-Switching the ear plug piece is tricky— difficult getting them off and on.-The charging cord for the case is weird (see photo), it doesn’t completely go in... you just push it in until the light comes on.- The way the earbuds fit into the case seems unnatural, you have to align them with the prongs but it’s at an angle so you can’t really just pop them in quickly.Overall I highly recommend these, they won’t definitely won’t slip out of your ears even during a sweaty run or workout, and the sound quality is tremendous! The “cons” in my opinion are minor and just took a day or two to get used to the way they work. I did buy the extended warranty this time though, just in case! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a great deal!!! *by M***R on July 10, 2021* So I received my pair yesterday and I have to say these are GREAT!!Pros:- Both the buds and the charging case feel quality.- The buds easily connect to the charging prongs in the case without effort or thought. No messing with “position” to ensure a connection.- Buds are EXTREMELY light without compromising build quality. You can’t make something that’s supposed to be incredibly light then say it feels cheap due to weight? I don’t understand those reviews.- Sound quality is AMAZING for the price. They sound more expensive than what they are.Cons:- The buttons could be positioned better. Both buds have two buttons. A “general” button (on each) that acts as power and functions button as well as a +\- button (only one for each). So in other words, the volume + is on one bud and the volume - is on the other bud. I would be fine with that, however they don’t mirror the position so you have to memorize which button is top and bottom for both buds. (For example the left ear the volume is top and function is bottom. On the right ear the function is top and the volume is bottom).- Charger comes with a cable (usb-c at the time of writing) but no adapter block to plug in.- Pass through audio is a little sensitive, but I can’t see myself using that very often. I’d rather use the functionality of using one bud at a time over having both in and trying to listen to surroundings.Neutral comments:- The buttons are actual push buttons and are a little small, but I disagree with other reviews that they’re uncomfortable to push. They push against the outside of the ear, not “into” the ear like others have said. Maybe it’s just how they fit me?- The replacement of silicone plugs is a little tough, yes, but that’s how they SHOULD be so they don’t come off and become lost. I prefer that over losing them.If anything changes in the next month of use, I’ll update.
