She uses these as a track around the house and they are fantastic . They are super soft , look nice , easy to vacuum and easy to spot clean . It's soft, reasonably thick, and easily machine washable. It does not easily slide when stepped on and does not stay wet for long amounts of time.The only downside is that it shows footprints *horrendously*. Our bathroom doesn't have a lot of visitors, so the appearance doesn't matter as much to us, but it shows every single spot that you step on. I had some micro-fiber rugs earlier that seemed nice but after a bit of use and a couple of washings, ended up looking like matted fur or road kills. Not exactly the look or feel I was after. These always look clean and need - no fibers getting matted. Haven't washed them but have simply sponge cleaned any spots (hair product or toothpaste) and worked great!
