Still shocked *by T***D on May 2, 2024* So I read a ton of reviews and online articles before purchasing the right water and stain protector for suede. I purchased some more expensive sneakers and really wanted to take care of them but was so nervous it was make them smell or discolor the suede or even worse, do both of those things and still just not work at all. After reading numerous reviews I came across this product and saw one or two other reviews talking about suede and how the color didn’t change. Received the product today and immediately opened it up and sprayed a test spot on a cheaper pair of sneakers - magic, the color didn’t change at all but the smell was super strong. So I took my sneakers outside, sprayed two pairs down and tried to get a good base coat. Left them for 30 minutes outside then brought them back in. No smell at all after 30 minutes. Pleasantly surprised and happy! Was nervous the strong smell would stay but it didn’t at all! Finally, did the water test, and as you can see in the video it just bounces right off the suede toe and does nothing to the shoe. I was so excited and definitely happy with my purchase. Can say, this worked wonders on my high end shoes that I was super nervous to use it on but wanted to protect! This stuff is gold and I will certainly be using it on more of my personal items. I have a suede bag I think it’ll protect amazingly!
