I've been buying Wilkins Ginger Jam, but thought I'd try something a little less expensive. Wilkins is more like a marmalade and i would mix some into my cup of greek yogurt for lunch. However, I have other plans for the Chivers. I usually use a current jelly to glaze my fruits on my fabulous fruit tarts. Next time I make a fruit tart i'll melt some of the ginger jelly to brush on the fruits. This morning I spread it on my French toast.
