It is well made and has really good instructions and exceptional parts packing. The parts are in separate segments of bags, each segment marked to match up with the instructions. Yes, it takes a few minutes to put together and adjust but its easy step-by-step stuff with clear illustrations and instructions so no stress.It appears very well made. My wife even complimented on it the first time she saw it as it caught her eye. It has a wide range of adjustment and seems sturdy.It comes with a good selection of the common bolt/screw sizes needed to mount more TV's so you don't have to buy anything extra. It even comes with an Allen wrench and small open end wrench for assembly. You only have to supply you own Philips screw driver.The price is certain a prime par of what makes this a good deal.
