The regular grocery store stopped carrying it, so I kept searching in other stores for it; finally found it here on amazon. I have re-ordered it at least 4 or 5 times, I have not found anything else to compare to it that I liked as well. The consistency is about like good ketchup; it is a little sweet & a little spicy, but not too much so of either; and you can definitely taste the coconut & the mango. I would NOT recommend using it as a grill marinade, my husband tried that once & the sugar content just caused it to blacken & burn; and it is way to precious to waste, when it is absolutely perfect as a topping AFTER the fish is grilled. I suppose it would be good on chicken as well, but personally I much prefer it on salmon...would probably be good on coconut shrimp also, but those are fine with ordinary chili sauce, why waste the mango sauce, lol! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious sauce *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2021* This is a great sauce. I usually use it on a shrimp/beans/rice dish but can be used just about anywhere. Peppers give a little bite but not overpowering, with the mango/coconut smoothing it out well. One downside- I used to get it locally but can't find it any more and can't find a contact for the manufacturer.
