**Q: How to use**
A: Boil one teaspoon of the herb in one and half(1.5) glasses of water on a low flame till the water is reduced to half the quantity ie (half of 1.5 glasses = 3/4 glass), filter it without any residue, add a spoon of sugar/ stevia/ sugarfree ( the herb has a bitter taste and so needs to be sweetened a bit to make it drinkable.) and drink it warm. It has to be prepared each time afresh since filtered and stored herbal tea loses its potency.
