A: It is Black.

**Q: How high is the wall on the griddle?  Looking for 1 1/2 inch high.**
A: Not even 1/2” high.

**Q: Will this warp out of its shape?**
A: It will likely warp if using high heat. I usually have oven burner on medium and have not had a problem.

**Q: Where is it made?**
A: The manufacturer is French, Groupe SEB. If you look them up on the web they now have a LOT of their product made in China. I have no idea where this item was made. Didn't keep the cardboard covering. Sorry. I love the product. Just the right size for the large burner of my electric stove.

I loved this non-stick pan. The surface really prevents food from sticking, even without using a lot of oil. It is very easy to clean, with just passing a sponge it is like new. The material feels resistant and of good quality, distributes heat well and cooks food evenly.
