**Q: Does the shade have a spider center and can be changed out with seasonal shades?**
A: Not sure what you mean by spider center. But the shades detach from the frame, I suppose you could change them but I wouldn’t know where to get or how to make a new one.

**Q: How can I get a replacement diffuser?**
A: Mine didn't come with a diffuser.  Is it supposed to?

**Q: how long of a cable comes with the unit?**
A: Really long. 3 foot conservatively

**Q: Can I return and replace shade due to poor finished edge on top? Is that possible before I return the whole unit?**
A: It goes together and is not sold as a separate sub assembly.
