It is Spanish style which is thick and not so sweet. It does taste very similar to what I enjoyed in Madrid. I mix the powder with some hot water to dissolve it then add Hot milk and stir. If you wait to heat the milk after you dissolve the powder, the chocolate is really thick and it is difficult to stir in the milk without lumps. So, make sure the milk is Hot before you dissolve the powder. Otherwise, it is delicious.
