Please help?** A: The problem I had was similar, but I couldn’t get the mechanism to actually crush anything larger than an 81 mg aspirin. There is an adjustment to open up the grinder which allows the powder to fall through. Take the bottom chamber off, turn the crank handle counter clockwise while holding the black nut on the bottom and it should open up the space between the grinders. Please see the video. **Q: I cannot get the lid off to use this crusher. Any suggestions?** A: It is a tight to start but once you begin using it will slip off easy.
