Also the idea of a temporary restricrive and unsustainable diet is flawed. One must change his/her eating habits permanently and find a balance that works for them. **Q: How long can I store the tea for** A: I had some that was over a year past the expiration date and it tasted fine. Once the best before date has passed, the tea is still safe to consume, however you may notice the flavour may not be as strong as it was, compared to when it was first purchased. This is mainly because the natural oils and flavours in the tea will evaporate over time. **Q: Are tea bags packaged one per pouch?** A: yes **Q: Can you mix milk with or does it make sense to mix milk with it? Lots of flavor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good complex flavor in individually wrapped packets *by S***K on February 1, 2026* These individually wrapped tea bags have great complex flavor -- mostly lemon, some Ginger, with hints other herbs like cinnamon. These are my current favorite herbal tea and have a complex full flavor with good tartness and aroma. I like this tea much better than the teas that are just primarily lemon, as they just have a broader more interesting flavor while still having sufficient lemon tartness.
