    This is an incredible book. It unites the stray pieces of improving one's memory. I especially appreciated the arrangement used to express what is on your mind. Additionally, your models assisted with making the techniques understood. Also, you gave some genuine ways that memory improvement can add to our lives. The genuine stories you told were incredible supporters of what we can accomplish by improving our memory. Also, following the training practices in your book furnished us with an approach to see genuine outcomes. My memory is showing signs of improvement and better with each challenge.     A quick and easy read with fun and simple exercises to improve your memory. I enjoyed reading about and trying out the different methods of memorization the author gave. Some of the ways he described were really challenging but I could see how someone could use them to really create an amazing pattern in the brain so that long passages or lists could be memorized. The brain is an intriguing organ and what may work for one person may not work for another. I recommend this book to anyone who is trying to improve their memory and learn different ways to do so.

    Much of the content is something I was already aware of but the presentation of the information was ideal.. Clearing distractors to help us focus and remember is something that I have never thought about and I tried. Indeed, it works for me. I would recommend this book to the young and old. I think it is especially useful for the elderly with failing memory. A lot to learn, a lot to remember, and therefore a lot of opportunity to test it out!  I highly recommend this book
