Mine didnt come with any.** A: No care instructions but I have found that if they have and accident in them to rinse out the thick cotton lining very very well before a machine wash or it will hold the pee smell. When I say rinse I mean turn it inside out and hold it under running water until you are sure you got all the pee out. **Q: I have a 22lb 18 month old, any suggestions on which size to get?** A: I got a large for my granddaughter. She was 2yo and 23 lbs **Q: Can you use cloth diaper inserts? I'd like to get these for my 14 month old, but use them as a transition from diaper to panties.** A: Theses are like panties with a slightly thicker lining, but she can only have one accident in them b/c the rest on the pant is thin and the lining does not absorb. So using a clothe diaper can be a good idea to keep from having an accident all over the floor. Also the legs are pretty tight if you have a plump leg little girl like we do and they shrink a full size when washed. Her clothes still get wet but I don't have to clean the carpet. She just wore them for the first time today so I can't speak as to how well they hold up over time.I don't like the way they fit but it works. The leg holes seem too small. I have to maneuver them over her thigh. She'd need help taking them off. I would not recommend for a chunky baby. but the front of the underwear is baggy and loose, almost like they are too big. It's just a weird fit and I wish they were a little different.
