			        		Laura Acklen has authored and co-authored seven Que books including three Special Edition Using WordPerfect (versions 6, 6.1 and 7). She wrote eight Que Education and Training's Essentials books and contributed to several of the companion instructor manuals. As a contributing editor to WordPerfect for Windows Magazine, she has written over 40 articles for the monthly Basics and Troubleshooting column. During her years as a corporate and law office trainer, she designed and wrote customized training materials for courses in Windows, WordPerfect and a variety of other applications. Read Gilgen is director of Learning Support Services at the University of Wisconsin. He has taught and written extensively on DOS and WordPerfect.
