The chair assembled pretty easily although the adjustment piece under the knee doesn't have sufficient clearance to move smoothly and I had to "nudge" it into place with a rubber mallet where it is now in a "permanent" location.. The chair does invert and right easily but I do notice some strain on my knees and lower quads - I've read that the standard plank style tables strain the ankles so maybe this is a case of pick which joint you want to take our weight during inversion? A recommendation I would make to the manufacturer is to change the back support so it moves on rails. This modification (I think) would permit the spine to fully stretch by avoiding the friction between one's back and the back support (this sliding back is a feature in the Mastercare mini inversion table). I generally use the chair in the morning and at night, and it does seem to provide some relief to muscle stiffness. ### โญโญโญโญ Well Made Nice Inversion Chair *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ on November 23, 2015* I just finally got mine put together after a couple weeks of challenges. The first two frame parts did not fit together, however, they sent me replacements without question! Great Customer Service!! They want you to be happy!"For Me," it was very difficult to assemble with just the tools provided and I am a strong woman, having helped my partner put together many engines. However I struggled a lot until getting help from someone with a hand Ratchet which made easy work of the new frame parts they sent. Everything else went together well with my power drill and an Allan tip, except the very last bolt refused to go in. (One of the bolts the chair hangs on. Note they look the same, however, there are two different lengths.) Finally a young man doing work for me, came in and took the bolt and applied some special cream that made the bolt finally go in with a little more effort on his part! He told me it was really hard to get in! So if it seems impossible, just get a little extra help and you will be fine. Sometimes holes are not drilled with great precision I have found even on other things I have purchased and need a little extra help. It seems most people did not have this problem.I have only used it a week and do enjoy it. I tied on a long fabric belt around the foot part and the bottom bar, so that it only tilts back as far as I desire and later on I can increase the degree I want to go. (Saw that in a video for another chair.) I am sure this will be a part of my daily routine now.Despite having challenges assembling it, it is very well made of strong quality materials as far as the frame and bolts.Very well built. The padded seat and back are very good, and I would not define them as excellent, but certainly good enough for what I am doing. I am very happy with this piece of equipment. ### โญโญโญโญ Pain relief and stress reduction *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ on June 11, 2016* I haven't used other inversion systems, so I can't compare this product to others. But I can report that 1) the set-up was okay, took some time, but not overly complicated; 2) the equipment itself seems solidly built, definitely not flimsy; 3) there is a minor problem with the foam padding always popping out of the leg-related apparatus, which is annoying but does not compromise the functionality of the equipment; and 4) the releive I feel when I use the inversion chair, one to three times per day, is amazing. I am not sure if my use of the chair translates into ongoing postural or pain-related improvements (I have a chronic SI joint injury and referral pain). But when I use it I am overcome with a sense of stress- and muscle relief that no other activity affords me. I feel like this is one of the best purchases I've made over the past several years.
