I am 5'2" and 112 pounds, so I ordered a medium. The medium is a little big on me, especially the bottoms. The rubber grips on the ends of the legs and arms fit well though and are not uncomfortable. I would worry that a size smaller would make those too tight. The pants don't fall down, but they are not snug fitting either. I have worn them for two rides so far (20 miles or less), and I have been comfortable. and the padding has been nice The padding is not a lot, so I wonder how they will feel for a really long ride (40 miles +). In general, the padding is less than I expected compared to an older pair of cycling pants I own. I would say that the price for the set matches what I got compared to prices you pay for "professional" sets. If you are a casual rider who tends to take rides of around 20 miles, this set should be fine.
