I have Deep Blue essential oil in a roller bottle that I use daily. So I thought if the oil is that good, the cream must be, too. And it is. I believe I will continue buying the packets as opposed to the tube because I know I am getting just the right amount of cream each time. Plus the packets travel well in my purse and are handy when needed. It's true, there is a strong Ben Gay smell but I don't mind it. It helps put me to sleep. And once I get under the covers, the smell is greatly diminished. I will, however, continue to carry the Deep Blue roller bottle in my purse because the smell may be less offensive to those around me. "Long story short"---I've been having intermittent discomfort in my lumbosacral area for about two years, ever since I went through six weeks of radiation for cancer in my rectal area. About three to four weeks ago I started using 10-drops of Deep Blue essential oil and fractionated coconut oil in a 10 ML roller bottle. And it's worked wonders. I've told people that rolling this on my lower back, right hip, and right femur has helped immensely with pain and discomfort.
