They truly stand behind their product and their customer service was excellent. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice board and compliments on the "Operation Manual" *by C***L on June 4, 2017* I received this on Wednesday. Thursday afternoon I took it to Daytona and used it the first time. Then Friday and Saturday it rode with me until I was too tired to ride any longer. It's a nice, mid-level body board and comfortable for my 6'-3", 230 lb body. No problems hopping on waves, falling down the front or even sliding under an oncoming wave. I WOULD recommend it to my friends (which would give me the perfect excuse to not loan it out to the slackers.) Also a comment on the leash and wrist band. More comfortable than average. Thanks for that. Good advice in the manual for laying it white-side-up on the beach. I've had boards bubble up and warp when placed in what would seem to be the natural state. This makes sense, is a simple solution and it's obviously a problem that many people have had in the past.
