Enter Amazon. These inserts are great quality and have yet to get broken to pieces like the old inserts, and I've washed and dried them lots of times. Check out the photo: old vs. new. I remember a review that said something about them being small, but they're perfect for my smaller chest. The fabric from some pads of my sports bras came off and I had to throw them away because there was only the sponge left on some. It was hard to handle the sponge inside of the sports bras, so, I decided to look for some bra pads that were stitched on the edges to prevent this form happening again. I am a B cup and I just wanted them so the sports bras had a little of protection/coverage aside form the fabric.These seem to be the best that I could find and I was not disappointed at all. They are sturdy enough, they don't fold inside the sports bras when washed, the sponge is not thin and empty, and the stiches have not come off from any after almost a year, which means that the covering fabric is intact. I got two packages of this (6 pairs) and one package (3 pairs) of the ones with some more sponge on the bottom form the same brand/seller but this are the one that I liked the best. The edges are not really notable when I use them and they serve their purpose well.Last week I got a package (4 pairs) of another brand that are rounded at the top and stitched on the edges but the sponge inside fells thinner and empty.
