Kirkland granulated garlic is a product of California, USA, and it says so on the bottle label. And it's in the best way possible for not fresh garlic, which is granulated. Not powdered, not chopped and stored in citric acid, but granulated which is the easiest to use and in my opinion holds flavor better than anything aside from fresh. You can mix it into soups, stews, chowders, stir-fries, curries, meat loafs, burger patties, and more or sprinkle it directly onto your meat. Add it to fry sauce and tartar sauce and mustard sauce and pizza sauce and any other savory sauce you can think of. Use it to make garlic toast even! And on top of that, this is a whale of a buy!
