It has been a year or so since I've received a defective can from desertcart or my local Walgreens. I'm upping my rating to 5 stars. UPDATE 03/22/14: Quality control seems to have slipped again. I have received defective cans from both Walgreens and desertcart in the past two months. Also, desertcart no longer accepts returns on this item, so I will no longer be ordering from here. However this is a real game changer. It is great for travel if you don’t want to bring distilled water and a neti pot or if you are feeling to ill to go through all the other preparation but know you need a deep clean out. It is expensive, but worth it for travel and back up at the house for when I’m too sick or too tired to use a real neti pot.
