**Q: How many to a package?**
A: There are 12 delicious oatcakes per package.

**Q: Do you use organic and/or GMO free ingredients??**
A: I do not know.  I read the label and although the ingredients seem pretty natural, the label only states ORGANIC palm oil.  Ingredients also contain wheat flour, with malted barley flour, rolled oats, unsalted butter (contains milk), sugar, water, the palm oil as mentioned, kosher salt and baking soda.    The oatcakes are very delicious and I have used them as both a biscuit with tea and also as a base for cheese, since they are not overly sweet (7 gms for 2 biscuits). ..

**Q: Is this corn or oats?**
A: They are oat cakes and are absolutely delicious.  They do come in corn if you want that but the ones you show here are the oat.

**Q: Is this three packs of 7.2oz each, or three packs totalling 7.2oz?**
A: each package is 7oz.. they are the best 'crackers' ive ever had...a little gorgonzola and honey - cant go wrong with effie's!!

Been buying these oatcakes for years at my grocery. Not cheap, but the quality makes it worth it imo. Tried some other flavors and Oatcake is by far my favorite. Imagining the others are more suited as a base for cheeses or spreads, but the Oatcake is scrumptious all by itself. I recently tried Almond, and was very disappointed...it had an herbal aftertaste (sage?) that obliterated the almond flavor. It was so bad, I ate two and threw them out. (Not being negative for negativity's sake, just hoping Effie will see this and change the recipe, lol). Anyway, as I said...the Oatcakes are DELICIOUS. Buy them!
