Also it’s better to have some tiles on the sides in case you need it! **Q: Will this work for a room that is 12 feet length and 7feet width?** A: Absolutely you can, Smart Square product can go in any room dimension! In your case you need 5 boxes to cover this square footage without shortages. Im concerned about possible mold or mildew should there be any moisture that wicks up.** A: I would seal the slab first with a good polyurethane (or similar) sealer. Second, i did a 13'x13' room with. 4'x8' closet and used 10 boxes so if you wonder how much youll need and not up on how much maybe thatll help. Color is very good but not as thick as i thought. Padding is denser (like memory) foam whichales it wasy to trim and place. Im actually impressed by it. Made sure to butt the pieces together and once pressed down they look great.
