They've sprouted and are about 5-6' along on the way to producing lots of peas for the next several years. The rest, I soaked over night, cooked in my Instant Pot with onion, salt, garlic, worchestershire sauce, a lime's worth of juice. They provided three huge services of peas. Not the best pea I ever ate, but good.
