I ordered this looking for the modelling type but this was just like packing polystyrene so I returned it. **Q: Is is stable enough to make a flower display instead of oasis ?** A: Not really. It might work, but an oasis is a lot more dense. Also, as this is polystyrene, when you push the stems in, you push an entire bead out, so not making a small hole but one where the flower will wobble. **Q: Can this be used to restuff a chair** A: I personally would say only as a base packer as it’s a harder foam. Not a soft foam **Q: Can i use these for a waterfall i intend to make outside. also can it be cut with a hotwire.** A: Yes you can.
