They've found the balance between accuracy and speed. Connectivity and sound quality are good, I had one period of like 2 seconds the earbuds paused or were thinking longer than usual, but this has been consistent. Ear buds slightly faster but connectivity is more of a concern. Really hard to say much just trying to hit all the important parts. Overall there's not many things that have gone wrong in my experience. I sell phones and about 60% of our customer base is latino. I've literally made hundreds of dollars thanks to being able to facilitate sales with people who don't even speak the same language as me. Considering I've made my money back already and continue to gain from this product it's hard to complain, translation is definitely worth it for me. If you're on the fence about this I'd have two suggestions. 1. If you are a consumer, and just think this is cool, it's a good thing to have I highly suggest it. BUT don't get the earbuds, you might not get the use out of them that you want. 2. If you bought the earbuds and have a use-case as well as promotional pricing on this, get it anyway it's worth it because of the different kinds of conversation this device can capture vs. the earbuds. This captures more people. I see a lot of asking about the battery life, and it's absolutely perfect for me. I'm able to pop them out anytime a customer walks in just in case they speak a different language (I've had more than just spanish). I leave them out the entire time customers are in the store, and use them about 1/3 of the time people come in. Then when people leave I pop them back in, and they last for 4-5 days of doing this.
