The first arrived so dented and out of shape (bits of metal sticking out), that even the courier said he’d take it back straight away. Customer Service at Monster were brilliant, the replacement arrived next day in perfect condition. Great service and arrived quickly ### ⭐ reasonable product but horrendous courier and rubbish customer service *by A***R on 6 September 2024* The product is reasonably good because of its size, build, and number of flat drawers. The two complaints I have about the product itself are the price and the wheels. As you can see in the picture, the wheels are not 360, and they are only fasten by pins? That’s ridiculous, can’t afford screws?However, those are not the main reason I write this review, because the couriers Monster uses is nothing but an utter dumpster fire.On the day of delivery, the driver called me and said he’s at apartment 26 and asked me to come get him, I found it weird as that’s not my apartment. Nevertheless, I went to apartment 26, however, the dude wasn’t even there. So I spent the next 20 mins trying to call and find him. Later, he finally picked up the phone, and told me that he’s outside of the building. I told him that I would buzz him in so that he could move in with the item, there were elevators of course. He said he wasn’t insured inside any building, so I had to come get it. But this furniture and its pallets, was huge, and frankly, significantly heavier than I was. So I told the courier to return it as I didn’t want to hurt myself lifting it. He called me an idiot, and hanged up the phone.Few hours later, as I went out through the building front door, I noticed a large item left unattended on the pavement. Oh, it was my £500+ drawer!I called Monster, they said that they were “sorry” and they could arrange a collection in 2-3 days. Meanwhile, if the furniture on the pavement got stolen or damaged, I would have to pay for it. And because it was a very new building, hardly any neighbours had moved in yet, and it was weekday during work hours, I had no choice but to carry this heavier-than-myself furniture all by myself, and I did hurt myself a bit along the way.The courier disregarded my request for return and left valuable items on the pavement unattended without informing me at all, but somehow Monster wanted me to take full responsibility for it.I wanted to let off some steam as I was very upset by this, so I asked for a discount for compensation. Jamie from Monster, with her dispassionate tone, was not apologetic about this situation in any possible way, indicating that this is all my fault, and they take no responsibility.
