Review: Yummy. Smooth. Easy - Strong and smooth. This is real simple folks, I use a 7 to 1 ratio. Whatever size you're using for the coffee, 3/4 measuring cup for instance. Just put 3/4 of a cup of ground coffee in your container, and put 7 of those 3/4 cups of good quality water in there too. Don't even bother separating it yet, give it just a light swirl or stir to make sure all the coffee is in the water. Stick it in your refrigerator for 18 hours Or on your kitchen counter for 12 hours. Pull it out, filter it into another pitcher and enjoy.

A: I am sorry I have only tried it cold but it is wonderful coffee I would imagine it would make a good cup of hot coffee

A: Great question!! I hope the company gets back to you. But I don’t believe they are. All coffees like wine have hints of other undertone flavors.

**Q: I don't understand why make a concentrate.  Why not have directions to just make the coffee without the complication of the concentrate?**
A: I agree - seems pointless. I don’t make the concentrate - I just add the full amount of water the first time.
