Unlike other books, it is totally packed with content, Lloyd hasn’t used this book as bait to do further courses/education like most other books - he’s laid it all out there. It’s also an inspirational book full of positive affirmations to set you on your way to fulfill whatever vision/dream you have. Thanks Lloyd, much appreciated. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every Property Developers Companion *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 May 2018* A fine book, with something for everyone. There’s humour from Lloyds entrepreneurial wiggles to an old lady taking both Lloyd and Andi for £1000. Lloyds "why" is compelling and he shares his humble beginnings as well as the back to back tragedies. He’s honest and open about how he got into property and shares his journey highlighting the highs as well as the lows. A sizable portion of the book is dedicated to the nuts and bolts of property development, including topics like: construction methods; land valuation; tax\vat considerations; power team and planning. The latter part of the book takes you through the entire cycle from the 10 steps to finding land, to multiple exits. It concludes with some success stories from their mentees, which are an inspiration to us all.
