I have large under bust size (40/42) but small cup size (b) , so unfortunately the cup was too big for me. It's padded enough that people can't tell if you get cold  But not so much that it makes the girls bigger than they actually are. It's soft and comfy with light support. I wouldn't use it as an active bra by any means, but it's great for staying comfortable all day on normal days! **Q: I am a 34J. Any large busted ladies have success with this bra?** A: No - I had no success. The bra did not fit true to size and I wasn't able to wear it. **Q: Is the padding thick enough to conceal/hide nipple?** A: It's just enough padding to cover the nips and not to much where the girls look bigger. It's a very comfortable bra. I own 4 of them now. **Q: What is a different between size us woman's m and medium beside their price? thank you.** A: I purchased medium. I wear the size stated as US Women's Medium. I do not know what accounts for the price difference. I am happy with the less expensive medium.
