When it arrived it was nearly packaged in a soft bag with pump and instructions. The instructions are easy to follow and the cushions were easy to inflate. I used a little washing up liquid on the nozel to make it easier to slide on. I felt that the neck brace squashed my ears and cheeks a little but I did find relief in the neck not sure if I should be sitting or laying down for this. It is suggested to use the devise for about 15 mins three times a day which forces you to take needed timeout.
