- Moderex Sensitive Border Lite is an excellent capacity dressing for use on light to moderate exuding wounds for those with sensitive, fragile skin. Featuring our patented Optisil silicone technology this dressing is ideal for pressure ulcers, surgical wounds and skin tears to name a few
- Constructed of multiple layers, the first is the Optisil silicone contact layer that gently adheres to the skin and allows exudate to pass through, followed by ultra thin absorbent PU foam with a super absorbent core then finished with water & bacteria proof protective backing
- Border dressing so no secondary dressing is required, this dressing is designed for light to moderate exudate. Pain free removal and maintains it's integrity during use

**Q: Can these help heal leg ulcers**
A: I used this with saline too help with a leg abces and it healed nicely with antibiotics too of course .. they are very secure ..

**Q: Can you use cream underneath this product**
A: Hello, the dressing has a silicone layer with lots of small wholes for blood and exudate to pass through to the absorbent layer, Silicone is there to protect the wound and newly formed skin from being removed when the dressing is removed. I’m not sure how this will be affected with the use of cream however if you feel the wound/ulcer is still wet then I would say yes this will be OK as the whole size of the dressing is covered with the silicone contact layer which also acts as it’s adhesive to the skin so to ensure good adhesion I would recommend buying a size that will allow the outer 2cm of the dressing not to be in contact with the cream if this makes sense.
