There isn't a case for the MX-T4DRBK model but the trackball fits inside and the case closes. If you have the Elecom left handed trackball and need a case this will work well.

My daughter liked her new trackball that she started carrying it back and forth from school to use with her Chromebook then back home to use on the family PC and sometimes an extra laptop. I didn’t want the trackball banging around her backpack so we got this case to keep It protected. It’s a nice fit and does a good job protecting the trackball from getting scuffed and keeping all its parts together. It is not super rigid and is fairly lightweight. Overall happy as it does what I bought it for. I like that it had a small spot for the USB key to sit on its own.
