I'm used to two day shipping and was expecting them quickly, which was not the case.The product itself is ok. The coffee is good and I think I prefer the taste compared to others. I think the smaller opening results in a little more extracted coffee profile. They are pretty easy to clean out and coffee doesn't stick in any crevices. However, the lids on these do not want to stay closed, so you end up having to hold the lid down when you close the Keurig.
