Otherwise you would have do add so many chili peppers they would be more than the weight of the food you are actually eating. Normal people would end up to the A&E with just one drop, but if you eat hot stuff you can tolerate many drops on your dish end actually enjoy it! I have reached this point, and virtually cover my dishes with many layers of crushed chillies forming a mountain, then mix it with the food and end up chewing chilli instead of food (if they are "normally" hot ones). Other solutions are to also crush some of the hottest chillies (reapers, Jolokias, etc) in order to have pleasure, but the problem is contamination, it will always remain on my fingers no matter how many times i wash my hands and I will destroy my eyes and face after an hour. So the magic drops can be a very nice solution especially when you are dining out and can not carry all of your stuff with you! And if you cannot understand the reason why for all of this, just think that people like me, did not wake up one day and said I will eat extremely spicy food!
