I already had two kettle bells so I was ready. The introduction disc was short and straight forward which I really appreciate. I am on summer vacation and very serious about using this time to drop some major weight before I go back to work. I found an 8 week nutrition challenge and wanted an exercise program to accompany it. I learned that muscle burns fat and weight/ resistance training is the best way to build muscle...... So I ordered this set. I was overwhelmed with joy after completing the first workout! Why? Because I completed it from beginning to end with sweat dripping off my face. At no point did I want to quit. I am accustomed to finding excuses to throw in the towel early on. However, I didn't want to quit, I actually wanted to go longer. Why? Because the routine was interesting, well paced, and easy to understand. I'm a very big girl and I did that, enjoyed it and will follow the calendar for the next 8 weeks. This is intense like a body pump class yet it's doable. ### ⭐⭐ Seller cheated but Program is great. *by B***Y on May 2, 2020* The seller lied listing this product as a complete set. I only received the DVDs and case, none of the other products shown such as workout calendar or nutrition guide. You CANNOT find a free printable workout calendar online. I truly hate listings that are a lie.The actual Kettleworx program is great! The first workout I was sweating buckets. It is definitely a change from what I have been doing. I do recommend using different weights if possible. All I have is a 20 pound Kettlebell.
