This pasteurizer has the ability to reach 90 degrees Celcius or 194 degrees Fahrenheit. Inlet and outlet hoses fill a water bath which is sealed against any contact with the milk and which provides a constant and gentle heating function. The water bath may be flushed with cold water to stop the heating process. The Eco Mini model has additional insulation for a more energy saving construction. With the large volume of milk the temperature throughout the container is not uniform. The temperature sensor is at the bottom and we find the temperature at the top is much higher than the value set. The top is of thin material and bends easily. Lastly, the unit leaks water and i have not been able to determine the source. However, it requires a towel wrapped around the base to prevent flooding the floor.
