They sent a replacement as soon as one was available (I'm in Canada, so had to wait for the warehouse up here to get stock), and it was in my hands in less than three weeks. I've read some reviews stating that the blender jars are a little flimsy, but with all three of them that I've had - the 64 oz it came with and the two 32 oz ones - I feel pretty confident I could knock someone out with them. They're more solid than other blender jars I've handled. I'm grateful for the wonderful service and the beastly blender, and I totally recommend it to all my friends and clients. The smaller size makes it convenient for smaller blending. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ...Maybe waste your time with it *by M***Y on May 29, 2020* *** Update *** I reached out to the clean blend team about it, the pitcher has a 5 year warranty and they shipped me out a new one. I'll take this one for a spin and see how it compares to the previous unit. It does have a new blade design, missing the longer flared blades on my rusted one, but the material seems no different Further update, couple months later. When cleaning I now have a final step of blending it after rinsing the soap water out to get whatever might be in the blades out. I don't like having the extra step, but I don't like rusty smoothies more Product started to show signs of rust after two, maybe three uses. I cleaned it by hand after every use, no dishwasher was involved. Product also does not fit the base as well as the tall mount, so you have to hold it down.
