## Description

Apoxie Sculpt combines the features and benefits of sculpting clay with the adhesive power of epoxy! Its smooth, putty-like consistency is easy to mix and use. The Apoxie Self-hardens (No Baking required) and cures hard in 24 hours to appear with a semi-gloss finish. The product adheres to nearly any surface and is great for sculpting, embellishing, bonding and filling almost anything. In terms of Exterior Quality! The product accepts paints, stains, mica powders and more for a variety of finishing options. You can choose to Sand, tap, drill, carve, lathe, etc. after setup and that too without chipping, cracking or flaking. Directions to use: 1. Wear disposable gloves to measure equal parts of A & B. Always retrieve parts A & B with different tools. 2. Mix & knead together for 2 minutes until thoroughly combined and a uniform color is achieved. Note incomplete mixing will give poor results. *Allow mixed product to rest 5 minutes for better handling. 3. Apoxie Sculpt is ready to use; working time is 1- 3 hours. Shape as desired. Smooth or texture with a wet finger, brush, Q-tip or sculpting tool. Self-hardens (NO BAKING required); 24 hour full cure. 4. Review: Worth the price if you can swing it - I mainly use Aves Apoxie Sculpt to fix 3D printed parts that didn’t come out right, and honestly it’s been a life saver. Instead of reprinting tricky pieces over and over, I just sculpt the missing or messed up parts by hand and blend them in. Once it cures, it feels solid, bonds really well to PLA, and sands super smooth — it’s easy to shape crisp edges or subtle curves without it chipping apart. Painting over it is no problem either, it takes primer and paint just like the print itself. The big downside is the price. It’s expensive, no way around that. I tried to cheap out once and bought a knockoff epoxy thinking “how different can it be?”, and that was a mistake. The knockoff had a weird mixing ratio, super specific rules, tons of waiting, and even then the results were inconsistent and kinda gummy. With Aves, it’s simple: mix part A and B, you get a nice workable time, it sticks, and then it cures like a rock. If you’re doing a lot of 3D printing repairs, props, or custom parts and can afford it, I’d say this is absolutely worth it and way less frustrating in the long run. (Don’t mind the photo, I keep mine vacuum sealed so that it doesn’t dry out)

**Q: Do I need to wear gloves when using it?**
A: I highly recommend that you wear gloves. I have developed an allergy to the product after using it several years. Once you develop an allergy it does not go away. It builds up in your system and anytime you come in contact with it you will have an allergic reaction. Wear gloves.

**Q: Can you add water to make it softer and liquidy consistency**
A: yes - I use water to smooth as I am sculpting. I have never tried to make it liquidy. However, once it hardens - water will not soften it.

**Q: I assume this is can be under water once cured; however, I can't see anywhere that that is for sure the case.  Please help.**
A: Yes this can absolutely be under water. It can be used to repair aquariums, build under water models and any number of uses that are subject to submersion. This product will even cure under water if necessary.

**Q: Aves apoxy sculpt vs magic sculpt -- comparison pros and cons?**
A: I have only used magic sculpt. I think it is the same. You can smooth it with water, and has a semi-gloss finish. The 4 pound deal on this is much cheaper. I plan to try it.
