We do 90 then rinse feet with cold water and put in front of a fan. Feels so refreshing. Takes days to start prepping then you'll see skin peeling you didn't even know was dead..love these **Q: Will this fit for size 12 Mens?** A: I'm a women's 12 wide and my husband is a men's 11 1/2. Tight but they fit. It just gives you an excuse to binge watch netflex. **Q: Has anyone tried painting the gel from these only on the dead skin parts of feet? Im using it so often that places I dont want to peel are peeling** A: You're better off using these masks sparingly, and then using pumice or an apricot scrub on the roughest spots. **Q: My feet are not only calused but very dry and itchy, will this help with that as well?** A: If your feet are itchy because they are dry, as opposed to something like a fungal infection, then when the skin sloughs off, you'll have soft feet.
