**Q: Hi! I have the Linkbox 8000HD local ,and I want to know if the linkbox Hd Plus with LS500 module can be use with my linkbox, and if with this module I**
A: I haven't had success with the LS500 that I purchased.  I believe it overheats and may not allow your Linkbox to receive a signal.  It could be a defective unit that I received.  If you can find an older LS400 module, that may work properly.
