Along with perimenopause I have noticed my hair becoming finer over time.I looked at this hair system on Boots and it was more expensive. When I saw it on Amazon much cheaper, I decided to buy the trial 3 part set.I tried it for the first time today (26th Oct) and I'm really pleased with the first use.I do not like feeling the heaviness on my hair after using conditioner, so what I've done is swap the system.In the shower I wet my hair, massaged the conditioner in first and let it sit while I cleaned myself.After rinsing off, I then shampooed my hair and let it sit 30 more seconds before rinsing in warm water.
