We can ship inflated by special request but the shipping charges are much higher due to dimensional weight. there is no easy way to do that on Amazon. Also, all balls will lose air over time so having a pump is a good idea. **Q: what size would be good for 10-13 yr old?** A: Typical Sizes are Size 3 for under 9 years, Size 4 for under 14 years, Size 5 for everyone else. **Q: What color is the ball? Is it a yellow or green? I am kind of color blind and it is hard to tell in the pictures. I am talking about the fluoro one.** A: I bought a white and black one.
